Mike Alnaji is a seasoned expert at digital marketing with a decade of bringing campaigns from conception to completion with million-dollar results.


Mike never approaches digital media with a ‘one-size-fits-all’ model. He customizes each and every vision with innovative and business goal-oriented solutions. Coming with both an agency and a client perspective from previous roles, he has delivered digital campaigns to viral content and everything in between.


His career began in Jordan, where he was the Marketing Executive for Zain, ensuring the company’s goals were met with campaigns showcased throughout the country for their youth segment. It was here where he exercised his forward-thinking tenacity within the digital world which then landed him the role of Head of Social Media for The Online Project, a regional digital marketing agency in Dubai. Back when influencers were becoming a hot topic, Mike was already amplifying their reach through online-offline integrated campaigns.


Proving his natural aptitude for implementing strategic social media campaigns for clients across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Iraq and Qatar, Mike then became the Head of Influencer Marketing where his love of curating creative content with influencers and creators flourished and his razor-sharp ability to spot talent and cultivate thought leaders from scratch was harnessed.


It is Mike’s unique skill at developing traditional marketing practices into digital deliverables that has seen a record of smashing million-dollar influencer campaigns for global brands such as Nestle, IKEA, Mercedes Benz, PlayStation and Samsung. When he became the Head of Digital Marketing for Majid Al Futtaim’s Carrefour, he built, implemented and managed the digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across more than 10 markets.


Mike is currently the director of content creators, influencer marketing and brand partnerships at New Media Academy, launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in the UAE where he paves the road for content creators and brands in the MENA region with marketing and business development strategies. He is personally responsible for contributing to the success of some of the largest creators in the world.
