Financial Innovation Lead, World Economic Forum
Ben Weisman is lead for financial innovation on the World Economic Forum’s financial services team, based in New York. He is the lead author of the World Economic Forum report on “Digital Assets, Distributed Ledger Technology, and the Future of Capital Markets,” among other publications. He joined the Forum from the Boston Consulting Group, where he advised financial institutions on major strategic and operational challenges. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he worked on a range of international policy issues and helped manage the Fed’s foreign relationships. Ben holds an A.B. from Princeton, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School.
