Paired with a high-performance configuration of up to 16GB RAM and 256GB ROM, Heron 1 delivers unmatched performance in processing speed, multitasking, and AI-driven use cases such as the OCR translation and simultaneous interpretation capabilities. The Heron 1 kiosk supports a wide range of functions including self-ordering, checkout, NFC and SoftPOS payments, and magnetic stripe reader compatibility etc. It is equipped with a 75° Vertical Field of View camera to enable reliable facial recognition, a thermal printer to streamline receipts generation, and a microphone to support two-way communication with noise-cancelling properties.

The Heron 1 Retail Edition features an enhanced scanner, designed for faster, more accurate barcode and QR code recognition, even under poor lighting conditions or with slightly damaged labels.

Heron 1 mini brings the same enterprise-level performance in a compact form, offering a 15.6-inch main display as well as a 15.6-inch cashier facing display for dual-setup options: perfect for space-saving flexibility on countertops and wall-mounted deployments. Ideal for small-format retail, QSRs, and dense public environments, Heron 1 mini ensures that spatial limitations never stand in the way of great customer experiences.

Beyond hardware, Heron 1 and Heron 1 mini integrate seamlessly with the cloud. Every device is remotely manageable via KiwiCloud, a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform strategically partnered with iMin. By syncing with Kiosk Mode, each transaction and device event is instantly converted into actionable operational data for better, real-time decision-making.
